The malt syrup quantitative barrel filling machine is suitable for internal measurement and external sales measurement in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, alcohol, dairy, edible oil, and food. Main functions and advantages:

1. The equipment conducts real-time temperature detection and density compensation of the measured medium during the metering process to ensure that the measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in medium temperature.

2. The equipment directly measures the mass of the medium, with the unit of measurement: kilograms. Plastic barrels can be pre-positioned and directly loaded onto the vehicle for filling, eliminating the need for cumbersome steps such as taring, weighing, loading, and unloading of the packaging barrels.

3. The equipment allows for arbitrary quantitative setting of the required filling amount per barrel via the control instrument's 0-9 numeric keypad, with a quantitative range of 1-99,999,999 kilograms.

5. The built-in miniature Epson wheel printer can automatically print after each batch of filling: single barrel weight, number of barrels filled, total weight, filling date, and time. (Explosion-proof control instruments do not include a printer.)

6. Print and view daily cumulative and total cumulative data.

7. The combined filling head of the malt syrup quantitative barrel filling machine is equipped with a pressure-controlled check valve, which automatically opens when the pump starts and automatically closes after the pump stops, ensuring the pipeline remains full at all times.

8. High-precision flow meters ensure measurement accuracy of 0.2%.

9. Labor-saving: only 2 people are required to complete the filling process. When using remote control start, only one person is needed to complete the filling process.

Operation process: Taking 200 kg/barrel and 50 barrels to be filled as an example:

1. Insert the filling gun into the barrel.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Quantify → 50 → Start (filling begins, automatically stops the pump when 200 kg is reached).

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty barrel and press Start again. The results are automatically printed after 50 barrels are filled.
